Brik Vegetarian - phylo dough stuffed with potatoes, parsley, and onions.

Ojja Merguez or Shrimp - sautéed lamb sausage, chef's seasoning, tomatoes, bell pepper and spicy sauce mixed with eggs.

Grilled Shrimp Skewers - served with fresh tomato, garlic basil vinaigrette.

Escargots - baked with Calvados butter, fine herbs and parsley.

Salade Mechouia - roasted garlic, tomatoes, bell peppers, tuna fish, seasoned and mixed with extra virgin olive oil.

Salad Tunisienne - minced fresh apples, bell peppers, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, tuna fish, olives with vinaigrette.

Salad Houria - fresh mashed carrots with caraway in a spicy vinaigrette, served with tuna and olives.

Filet of Atlantic Salmon - broiled with Dijon mustard crust, beurre blanc and steamed vegetables.

Mediterranean Shrimp - sautéed in garlic, white wine, sun-dried tomatoes and spinach over linguine.

Meat and Poultry

Tajine of Lamb - braised boneless lamb in terra cotta dishes (clay pot) with marinated lemon, served with basmati saffron rice.

Petite Filet - grilled 8 oz. filet, served with pommes lyonnaises, sautéed vegetables, and green pepper corn sauce.

Mechoui en Brochettes - grilled marinated lamb skewers served with couscous or basmati saffron rice.

Couscous with Chicken - boneless breast of chicken with fresh vegetables au jus.

Tajine Poulet - sautéed boneless chicken with potatoes, olives, and marinated lemons baked in terra cotta dishes with saffron rice.

Couscous Royal - served with lamb, merguez(homemade seasoned lamb sausage), chicken and vegetables au jus.

Jamila's Couscous à l'Agneau - served with lamb and fresh vegetables au jus.


Pasta Vegetarian - fresh vegetables sautéed in garlic, white wine and fine herbs, servered over linguine.
